Prices kinda high for being a big box pet store. Great variety and choice of leashes, harnesses and collars for dogs and cats. Lots of cool fish too.

workers are knowledgable and helpful, but management needs major improvement. recently got fired from a misunderstanding because management wouldn't be reasoned with. watch out for the old man. management creates a very stressful, toxic work environment, because you can get fired for doing tasks in the wrong order. re: It's not what i wanted to do, I was keeping a schedule. a schedule that I was asked to keep. Also, there was no real discussion. orders were given without any understanding of what actually has to happen. the schedule was discussed with the department head.

A staff member saw us crying outside as we were taking our dog in to be put to sleep. When we returned to the vehicle, she came out and presented us with a heart shaped dog tag with Rosa's name on one side and "in loving memory" on the back. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Some of the worst costumer service I’ve experienced in my life. I put everything down in my hands and proceeded to drive down the street to Petsmart. Sorry for asking where your dog cages are... spoke to two employees and both where very rude. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Petsmart, better prices too!
