My phone made sos call while it was broken. nothing was working including the reboot button and the screen was frozen. I didn't even knew about it until battery go out and I turn it on again. I quickly called non emergency number which is these guys, and they were super nice and calm, and helped me with no problems. LATEST INSURANCE FRAUD IN CANADA: PEDESTRIANS HITTING VEHICLES ON THE SIDE AND CLAIMING THAT THE DRIVER DID NOT SEE THEM AND RUNNING OVER THEIR FOOT.

These guys have no brain. No ability to think for themselves. I understand there is a labor shortage but you need to reassess your recruitment procedures. Do not hire children with zero life experience.

Just wanted to post a huge thanks to Elenore Sturko of Surrey RCMP for her help this past weekend. Stuck with a flat tire and a 2 hour wait for service, she jumped in to help along with another generous bystander and quickly had us on our way!

When I phoned on the same day that I came here, I was told that arriving here with my paperwork 30 minutes before the detachment closed would be perfectly fine. I literally drove across the whole city only to be told that there are too many people in line in front of me, so I would have to come back another time... There were literally 2 people in front of me. The fact that a police detachment would demonstrate such incompetence is really quite shocking.
