I made a call today to the department for my son who is challenged by a mental illness and was frauded via telephone. My son was very worried and highly anxious as he had provided some personal information. I felt it was best if I called for him to explain what had happened. The officer who took my call was very helpful and friendly and opened a file concerning the incident. I appreciated her understanding and support re this matter. I did not catch her name but just wanted to express my gratitude for her kindness and professionalism.

They Didn't solve the case i brought to them. My assumption, all the evidence was circumstantial. However they atleast tried, and they heard me out.

Refused taking a police report from me and continued to tell me someone will call me back. I called these people for help and got nothing. Firemen are the real protection.

Simply terrible! There is a reason that Surrey has such high crime rate: it has everything to do with the RCMP police not caring. I have called numerous times and went there personally a few times, and every time, they just dismissed the crimes. I do not wish to disclose what my complaints were about as I am more scared of the police now more than those criminals that I was complaining about. Surrey RCMP in fact encourages the criminals by not doing anything. Of course, the crime rate would be high in Surrey when the criminals know that they can get away with it as the police would not do anything.

Officers are friendly and helpful, and take a "no nonsense" approach towards dealing with difficult situations. But coffee is mediocre and pen selection could use improvement.
