As a visitor in Tofino, one of the worst thing that could happen during a vacation is to have a flat tire. And unfortunately, I do not have the skills to change one with our donut spare. Being the only mechanic in town, we are at it's mercy. We left the car and the keyfob with them for 1.5 days and it was not even looked at. I understand their reasoning that fixing flat tires are not their priority as they have scheduled repairs on the daily. I TOTALLY GET THAT. What I am asking for is a little bit of kindness and consideration that maybe they can take 15 minutes out of their busy day to help out a fellow human being who are helpless without their help. I even offered to pay an extra 100$ for the service if they are willing to help. But it was refused. AGAIN I TOTALLY GET SCHEDULED REPAIRS ARE THE PRIORITY. I also asked if they know a local guy who could do it and apparently they don't know ANY LOCAL GUY who can do it which I found a bit strange. I then called a guy from UCLUELET who then referred me to a LOCAL TOWING SERVICE who was an angel and was able to get to us in 20 minutes. He changed our tire quickly and professionally. We are forever grateful. I went inside the shop to get our keyfob and the girl there was "Did you leave your key with us?" I just have to shake my head in disbelief.We then drove Petro-Canada in Ucluelet to get the flat tire fixed and was done in less than 15 minutes for just 25$. Having a flat without a know-how to change it will never happen to me again. I will make sure to be adept in changing flats and offer my help to anyone who would be in a similar position. Kindness goes a long way and sad to say we did not get any from this establishment. **** UPDATE DUE TO REPLY OF OWNER*** The guy who helped maybe from your Towing Company but I was the one who called and arranged everything. You will not get any THANKS because your AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY did not do anything. This review is for the AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY that did not do anything for me. I left a nice review for the towing company because they did something to help me. I left the car for 1.5 days with you and NOTHING HAPPENED. Sir, my review is about what happened to me and what went wrong. Do not minimize my distress because you were not able to help me. I am happy to give credit to the towing company because they deserve it. A 1 star is needed and warranted because your AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY did not do anything to help me. I understand that you could not offer assurances but at least say the TRUTH that you and YOUR AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY were not able to help me. Again kindness goes a long way and based on your reply I guess people would know what kind of business owner you are.

We called to see if they were open and willing to do a quick tire repair for us. We were basically stranded because we picked up a nail from the construction zone and our did have a spare tire. The lady told us the tire repairs werent a priority and that they werent even sure if they could do it the next day. She also advice us not to drive on the tire... so what else are we suppose to do?! Really disappointed because we came from Campbell river and had no were else to go or stay and we were really looking forward to spending some time in Tofino. Just wish they could have helped us in some way like staying open for a little longer. We really had no were else to go

Super super expensive. The girl tried to book me an exhaust job and told me that they will just examinate because they don't weld. So what's the point?.. Answer to the owner: lol this is why at Petro Canada in Ukee (which is on the same coast) they solved the problem by welding in 15 minutes and it lasted longer than the car... I strongly recommend customers to go there instead of your s***hole

Highly recommend. Great and friendly service for reasonable price. They dont rip you off. Thanks for the great work
