Chesterman Hideaway

Had a wonderful three night stay here in the Eagle Suite. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the room layout itself fit four people (between the queen and a pullout) with ample room to spare and the wood burning stove made for a super comfy stay. Jonny (the owner) was easy to contact and made sure we were all set. And, its only a five minute walk to Chesterman beach, so location is great as well! Would highly recommend this gem.

Fell in love with this place a first sight! Friendly family run accommodation with an awesome dog too. We stayed in the turret suite which was cozy and clean, very well maintained. The outdoor shower was perfect for our surf gear. Thanks Johnny for the surf tips! We'll be back!

Chesterman Hideaway is beautiful! The rooms are absolutely lovely. Ours had a beautiful little fireplace to cozy around. We really couldn't have asked for more. The owners are extremely accommodating and incredibly helpful, friendly and sweet! Beach access to Chesterman Beach right across the street as well. This is an absolute must stay when in Tofino! We cant thank Heidi, Johnny, Ruby and their sweet pup Penny enough! Thank you!

A fantastic gem across from Chesterman Beach, I took my two dogs and myself for a week. I rented the Eagle Suite, this suite could easily be shared but I choose to go it alone with my pups. Immaculate, very clean, and an excellent spot. Jonny and Heidi live on the site and were always available. This is THE place to rent for a small wedding party or guests. Along Lynn Road super easy access to Chesterman Beach, the infamous Tacofino truck is a mere bike ride away or 2 min drive. The Eagle Suite came with a gourmet kitchen, Webber bbq, laundry, comfy bed, massive deck and a lovely fire pit (when there is no ban) a sitting room/games room with a fireplace for those cold wet days. Where drinking your favourite bevy and reading by the fire is the order of the day. Look up to the trees and you'll see the nests.............. Pro tip: Book and plan early!!

Great host, location and beach within walking distance. The town of Tofino is a short drive and a great place for food and drinks. The Wickanininnish inn is also close and a place you must visit. If you need anything Jonny is chill and will help. I will be back.
