I loved the place! The lady was very sweet and accommodating. The sign said no vacancy and we decided to check anyways. She had a room for us for one night and it was perfect. We were passing through and needed a nice bed to sleep on. We were travelling BC sleeping in hammocks and this was a great place to lay out heads on pillows for a night. Fast wifi. Clean bathroom with lots of towels. Everything you'd need for a night or two and very nice service too! Consider staying here, it's a great place :)

Everything is good except no cable in winter it seems. I'd give them 4 stars otherwise . That said I would stay at the Dolphin again. Good prices and friendly , helpful staff.

We found the dolphin 5 years ago by a happy coincidence and we have been staying there ever since. Cutest little rooms, wifi etc, amazing owners, all in all a great place to stay if you are visiting the area for the beaches. Only issue we ever had was when random drunks staying next door were yelling at each other all night (dinner and a show?) lmao we usually make a reservation months in advance but last year my sister and her husband, two kids and 2 dogs decided to surprise us and the owners got a room ready for them on very short notice and were very nice about it. At the end of the day... if u want an affordable, clean private room with a shower to stay at nights This is the place. The best thing about the dolphin has been consistency. I found more than a few reviews on here kinda outlandish, all I can say is give it a try and decide if it’s worth it or not.
