Long Beach Lodge Resort

We had an amazing stay at Long Beach Lodge Resort. We had a cabin and it was so cozy and perfect for two couples and our pups. The private hot tub on the patio and gas fireplace in the living room were perfect. The beds were also really comfortable. Often when we travel I find my back hurts after sleeping in a new bed, not with these beds which is a big deal for me. Looking forward to coming back once it's safe to do so.

We stayed here for 3 nights and ate 1 breakfast and 1 dinner in the great room. A storm caused a complete power outage so we didn't get a full breakfast menu, but what they could offer was delicious. The dinner was amazing and the views of the beach from the great room are awesome. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin since they accommodate dogs, which is hard to find. The only thing that I found annoying was that the hot tub was a 2-3 seater in a two bedroom cabin with a pull out couch. Not a huge deal, but it would bug me if I was there with 6 people.

The Great Room restaurant was excellent. Wine selection from BC was extensive and the food outstanding. Best halibut I’ve ever had. Hopefully Alex surfs as good as the service he provides. View of the beach and sunset was splendid. Will be back without a doubt.

I got the margarita pizza, with no cheese. They used to carry vegan cheese but don't anymore. I expected to get a flatbread with tomato sauce, tomatoes and basil. I got an under cooked piece of dough, red sauce and 5 pieces of parsley. $22. Don't bother going here.
