Not the best service in the ring re-sizing department

Dont shop there

One of the small diamonds on the side of my ring was lost during resizing. When I picked it up they stayed they had checked and tightened all the settings, now just over a month later one of the larger stones has come out of it's setting. Prior to having the ring resized it had been worn for 10 years with no issue and had been cleaned and checked over once a year. I don't feel comfortable bringing my ring back to this store for the required repairs.

Fantastically helpful and knowledgeable staff. They take real delight in the craft and have honoured each item I've brought in for work.... and the work done by jeweller is truly superb.

Pretty cool jewels but hella expensive
