Very poor service , I went for a wheel alignment on September 24, 2020 after charging me full price for the alignment, it was brought to my attention that my upper control arms were showing signs of wear and should be changed. I then went to leave and was curious about how much adjustment was required, when I went back inside to ask if the alignment was out or not, that is when the staff said "ugh well actually we never even checked the alignment" and then gave me an unrealistic quote to change the upper control arms and realign the front end . They gave me the impression that the alignment was completed when I paid the invoice and it wasnt until I asked that they told me they didnt even do the work I went in for . I definitely recommend choosing one of the other shops in Chetwynd before ever going here !!!

These people treat me like I truly matter in the world! It isn't often you leave a place of vehicle/tire repair orientation and you are smiling. Even my hard to please husband is astonished at the wonderful treatment and service they provide. I will remain loyal to these folks and continue to recommend them because they are great !!

Super service! No appointment, 1000 km from home pulling a trailer... they got me right in replaced my front pads, didn’t try to up sell me to new rotors, said mine were ok and rotated my tires! Love these guys

I do my best to shop locally but I draw the line with these guys. I agree that the they are friendly and offer quick service but it comes at a hefty price. Today I was charged $178 for an oil change for my mid sized SUV. My wife was told it would be around $100 which seemed steep but it needed to be done. After calling to inquire as to why it was $100 more expensive than a dealership I was offered a $20 rebate. As much as I appreciate that offer it's still far too expensive to justify. Sorry Tirecraft but you've lost a customer forever.
