Wicked customer service! I was running a few minutes behind schedule and called ahead to let them know I was on my way, but might be a few minutes late. My appointment was for 4:30 and closing time was 5pm. The man I spoke with assured me I would be fine to come anyway as they were running behind and that if I didn’t mind waiting a bit, they would definitely get my tires switched for me. I questioned this due to the time frame and closing time, he explained that no matter the time, the jobs booked get done before they shut down for the night - wow! I am impressed! That dedication is not that common anymore. Thank you Kal Tire for taking care of me! :)

We had a flat tire on holidays coming into chetwynd. It was 15 min to close and Amanda was able to get our holiday trailer in and tire changed so we could enjoy our long weekend!! Great job by the crew and didn’t cost an arm and a leg, thanks
