Titanium Rings / Arnell Workshops is the only place I know of that can set gem stones into titanium like this. I have been purchasing rings from them for years after learning about them from my sister who bought her wedding rings from them over ten years ago. The company is very responsive/communicative, caring, and their craftsmanship is just awe-inspiring. In addition to a couple of carved rings, I have these two uniquely designed titanium rings with gem stones and absolutely love them.
