Bosley's by Pet Valu

A male staff member (his name starts with E) I've seen a few times had been steadily ignoring customers on entry. Quite a few times now I have been shopping, and he just disappears off the sales floor. I even watched him leave the till and customers in line to go to the back. I don't know what's wrong with him, but if he feels his priorities aren't the customer, or assisting his coworkers (leaving them alone with 5 customers in store is rude and just disrespectful)... then perhaps something should be done. The manager however was very sweet and understanding when I explained what I had seen. And the rest of the staff is quite happy to help once I enter, for that I gave 2 stars Until he is dealt with I won't be returning. Shame, I love Bosleys.

This was our dogs first experience at an actual dog washing station. He is 125 lbs and the only way he was staying in the tub was if the treats were coming at regular intervals. About halfway through bathing we ran out of treats but the staff happily provided us a second portion free of charge. Eeverything was included; towels, shampoo, tools, dryer and we had 45 minutes for the session. The area was enclosed properly, so that if he had decided to climb out early he wouldn't have been able to escape into the store. There was lots of room for what we needed to do and by the end of the process we were incredibly happy with our experience and the dogs experience. The staff were super sweet and Incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back you can't beat that price!

Loved how I got to pamper my puppy with all the great shampoos and conditioners. He especially loved the treat after the bath!

Staff is always super friendly and helpful, love the dog wash! So easy to bath our 2 dogs at the same time, very clean.

Knowledgeable staff, oddly know quite a bit about breeds and their specific needs which is super helpful. Worth the extra money for the information and quality of products
