Jeremy got it diagnosed right away for me (bad alternator), fortunately the part was available nearby in castlegar and he got it delivered and installed for me that day! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Great experience and could not recommend enough.

I recently took my car to Dynapro after hearing good things about them. I was comfortable dealing with Jeremy as he took the time to explain to me what my car needed. I was given a very professional estimate and decided to go ahead with all the work. I got my car back in a timely manner for the exact price I was quoted. I would highly recommend Dynapro!!!

Jeremy at Dyna Pro is an excellent technician who is not out for your money. He wont do anything without asking and is super friendly to deal with. Had a clutch installed on a Civic and was very reasonable and done proper.

We were in Rossland for a few days to ski Red Mountain and I had noticed a burning rubber smell from the rear of the vehicle. I called Dynapro to see if they could get me just to see what the issue could be and they said the next morning they could check on it. I dropped it off and went to a coffee shop to wait on the results. They called me to let me know noting is showing up as an issue. I gave them more info and they checked it again. They called me back a little while later to let me know there is noting showing and it will be safe to dive home. I picked it up and drove it around, the smell returned and I dropped back in. The owner, Jeremy grabbed his mechanic and hopped in the car with me. After talking and going for a drive the smell was there but since there was no damage showing that there is nothing they could do for now. I thanked them for their time and they only charged 1/2 hour. They were quick to help, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and reacted quickly to give me a hand when I asked. Highly recommend.
