This place used to be in better shape. I have been at this place for years.It doesn’t have any options right now. Whatever you order there is a fixed answer ‘we don’t have it right now’ . Customer service is very very poor. You don’t get smile, you get this rude expressions, just today (May 13th) store hours were posted till 4. It was closed around 3.45 already. Oh and this is not first time it has happened.Food Counters are not clean at all. I doubt if they even follow all hygiene standards. I don’t understand this Amin guy. Very disappointed since it was one my favourite food stores.

Disappointing experience today (November 15th, 2019). Went in on my lunch break. The first individual that put together my sandwich was very polite, interacted with me, etc. However the cashier, Amin, was very rude. He was on his phone facetiming the entire time while ringing me up. Didn't even look up at me or say anything. Just continued to talk to the person he was facetiming. I then went and sat down to eat, and he continued to facetime at the front counter, after pulling the same thing with a man behind me. Unbelievable. I worked in the fast food industry in Trail for almost 5 years, and seeing that is unacceptable. I hope he is reprimanded for doing that. Customer service is really suffering here in the West Kootenays.
