Little Caesars Pizza

The owner and staff are all very friendly and go above and beyond to make your visit a good one. The food is consistently very good. It's affordable. It's very clean and they clean everything after every customer. I would recommend them to everyone!

Friend ordered a bunch of pizzas, wings and bread sticks. Enjoyed the rectangle pizza was nice a deep with lots of toppings.

Food was not good at all and I usually really like this franchise. Disappointed

Ordered a pizza and they decide to make everything else that was ordered afterwards first. They did not put pepperoni on the pizza. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning

Writing a review in my most experience with Little Caesars Vernon Store. I could just tell you great pizza but I want to tell whoever reads this something very important. First of all! friendly staff, clean store, well portioned pizzas and quite fast! I had a small issue a month ago, tried emailing, never got a response, got to me a little bit, a month later I had the same small issue, was nothing quality related, just had a small issue placing an order. None the less made a formal complaint because obviously there was a technical issue and I was having a bad day. The store owner had followed up contacting me with my issue, I was so busy at work I tried but I got to busy half way through the call and had to go, he had again followed up when I told him it was a good time and I was still busy. He had ended up calling me again the next evening on his personal time. Figured I would not be so busy within work hours, we probably chatted for nearly a half hour about running a business as we're both business owners, we chatted about a lot. The store owner was so kind, compassionate and with explanation of the scenario and what was going on. He offered some coupons or a gift card, I refused several times. I said from one business owner to another taking the time out of your personal time to call me and discuss the situation is more than enough. He then again said he wanted to make it right and I seemed very civil and offered to pay for dinner himself (when I called I said I was about to go in and order some pizza) as I was, none the less I gave him a small order, no questions asked he rang the order in and told me I could go pick it up if I would like at any time. I sent my brother in right away as we're exhausted and hungry for dinner after an extremely long 12 hour shift at work. My point is.... The store owner went so above and beyond with just a small issue, let alone he was compassionate enough to discuss life with you. Not just anybody does that, we all know what its like to have a bad experience. Again, friendly staff with a clean store and a great affordable product. Will definitely be using you for our Christmas Party this year, thanks again for being what truly represents customer service time and time again. Thank you so much for being an above average team with a delicious product!!
