Sucks

When I entered, the cashier served a woman with three kids before me and started a two minute conversation with her, though I came in first. The cashier barely spoke English and when I asked about the ingredients of the Teriyaki Beef, he said, "Vegetables. What kind of vegetables?". I asked the manager what kind of ingredients were in the dish, and she did not know. She finally figured out what they were. Basically, bunny chow-cabbage, onion, and lettuce. I asked the cashier if I could get the order to stay, and he offered "Forks or chopsticks." I had waited for him to offer a drink but he offered spring rolls. Finally, I asked for a beverage and there was no ice. He said he would get a fountain drink but did not. The food came after the long order for the woman who was allowed in front of me. They used skirt steak, a low cut of beef. There was not enough sauce and it was salty. There was broccoli, mushy and overcooked, in the mix. The top ten percent was beef, middle ten percent was bunny chow, and the rest was a mushy, overcooked, and unsalted rice I threw out. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Great price and great food. The portion is very big. Bento with thin noodles is my favorite and one scoop of sauce is tasty enough.

30 min for 2 simple meals we ordered online so that we could save the staff some work and make it safer during COVID. We went early to pick up the meals and they managed to make 3 others orders who came in and ordered after us (and with such few customers, our still was made ten min late) I guess that's a lesson learned for us not to consider the health of the staff, we'd be better off ordering inside where they prioritize making the "fast" food....

Mmm the chicken teriyaki is absolutely amazing with extra sauce!
