Panago Pizza

Ordered the summer special tonight asking for delivery at 4:30pm. Pizza arrived 30 minutes late. If I had known they’d be so late I wouldn’t have prepaid and given a great tip. Pizza was cold and the dough was chewy, very little cheese & basically flavourless. I ordered from Vernon Panago last year and it NEVER arrived. Customer service said they’d give me a $5 coupon. I thought I’d try one more time but honestly this has to be the worse Panago in BC. Save your $30 plus dollars on a large and order pizza elsewhere. You’ll be glad you did.

great pizza good service from the staff but the owner moe is a dink

This is the second time I have ordered from panago the pizza I got looked pretty good but as I was about to take a bite I could smell strong chlorine bleach from the pizza and could taste chlorine on the pizza it was a real turn off and I could not eat the pizza this was very disappointing and I most likely will not order from them again. I realize that a lot of places soak their veggies I. A light bleach mixture but perhaps their mix is too strong.

Ordered from here tonight for the first time since I moved back from Alberta and there was no cheese on my pepperoni pizza!!! I order from the restaurant in Spruce Grove AB and the pizzas are worth the price. But tonight was disappointing. I did have to call and complain and they were good with dealing with my complaint. I hope the franchise owner knows that this will kill his/ her business by not putting cheese on pizzas...lol

We've ordered a couple of times and each time it's been okay (skimpy toppings, tough like cardboard, poorly cut) but our last order was disgusting and awful. We ordered two pizzas: one was just barely cooked enough, the other was so undercooked it was watery underneath the toppings and disgusting. We were going to order from elsewhere, but chose to order from Panago because of the quality we've experienced at other venues. This was a shock and appalling, to say the least. We will not be ordering again.
