I totally understand there’s hours and policies but when you have an hour left in the day and you turn someone away for the dog wash that’s pretty pathetic customer service. It literally would have taken 10 minutes. I’ll never buy food here again and will recommend anyone against supporting this business. Last time I tried to get in for a wash they had it closed for covid which I get. But yea. Terrible customer service to turn someone away. Total Pet takes 5pm appointments they were just booked this day. I’ll be frequenting there in the future. Much more helpful and accommodating.

Ali and her staff are truly wonderful. I won’t go anywhere else. My cat Hazel also gives it two thumbs up!

Always love going here, staff is so friendly and welcoming! My dog loves it too and it seems to be the only place to sell her favourite treats (pork bones), thank you!

The staff are super helpful and accommodating here. When they didn't carry the good I usually bought after I moved they offered to order it in for me when I needed and continue to go above and beyond with anything needed. Highly recommend this shop for your pet needs!
