These guys are so great, the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and you can tell that they genuinely care about your pets!

A disappointing experience and will not be back. I went to return a brand new stuffy that I purchased a week ago for my puppy. After my puppy chewed on it a few times the stuffing came out and she was choking on it!! When I explained the situation and what happened the staff were dismissive and seemed disinterested. I was told I couldn’t exchange it for a different toy as I didn’t have the receipt. Thankfully I’ve had excellent experiences at the other pet stores in town so I won’t be returning to Bosley’s.

Unfortunately, we weren’t asked if we were part of your vp program - we are. I wish your employees had asked us. Also, I’ve had a number of stores honour faulty products over my life, Costco and the Bay to name a few without a receipt. I’m well aware that stores require receipts but there are exceptional cases!
Oh well, thanks for replying but it definitely hasn’t changed my mind, but reinforced it even more - shopping elsewhere.
Uses dog wash for first time.. Very clean and friendly staff. Reasonable rate. Didn't even need to bring shampoo
Great variety of brands of foods for my dogs and cats. There's always a cat or kitten in the store with! Only negative is this mail get very busy and parking is sometimes a challenge.
