We called to hire this company to remove a piece of plexiglass from our LEASED building and replace it when we moved , they decided to take it upon themselves to contact the landlord behind our backs and refused us service without acknowledging that it is non of their business or right to contact anyone, as we are the paying clients. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life, and they have lost our business and many more because of this.
