Family trailer park. Fairly close to town. Reasonably spaced lots and availability is open for more. However, the roads need to be groomed for the potholes. Speedbump keep drivers slow which is good because of kids.

Wow what an amazing place i would live here if I could afford it it's the chillest pace in Houston and I have to give it a 10/10 five star review, I feel like I'm rambling sim I'm gonna leave you with this if your hezatating about moving here then you better take the opportunity while you can you can't live in a better place than Houston especially at this low price high value realestate.
