Poor customer service all the way. I will be moving my money else where. Doors are looked at night time so you cant even do any banking after 930. Very short hours does anyone work full time. Rude staff that are NOT knowledgeable about financial issues at all. Best to go elsewhere.

I am very happy with the services Scotiabank provides. They helped me from the baby steps to the final steps of building my credit, paying off all my debt, and purchasing my house. Any issues I have, my financial advisor always has answers or advice. I just need to start using my debit card more to earn those scene points lol

Poor service and lack of respect for customers.

Stepped into this branch for thr first time and the last time. The teller was incredibly rude and treated me as nothing more than dirt. All I wanted was help. I quckily went to another branch downtown and was helped immediately.

Trying to call the branch directly is impossible as you will get re routed on the automated system to somewhere ....that is not the branch, then to talk to anyone you have to enter your card number, not worth my time. I just want to talk to a rep at my branch. thx for nothing....Went to the branch to find that the request was messed up and now wont be fixed in the time frame i need. sigh
