Very very nice hotel! They have taken extra precautions during Covid and made my stay feel extra safe. Everything in the room was very clean and I slept like a baby in those comfortable beds! And the restaurant downstairs is very nice with awesome staff!! I would love to go back there if I go back to Halifax some day

The warm fresh baked everyday cookies alone are worth the stay. The view of the harbour and bridge is lovely. Our king bedroom was spacious and clean. Had a great stay! Would highly recommend!

Very good experience staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Would recommend Doubletree to all my family and friends. Thank u very much for everything it was great.

The room was clean but all the furniture seems damaged and old. The balcony is nice and the view is very nice as well. Breakfast is not included, the restaurants food was very very greasy and we were never offered any drinks, not even water. I’m disappointed we have to stay here for an entire week and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as there are a lot nicer ones in the area to stay at. Getting breakfast offsite is going to be a pretty big inconvenience.

Awful experience with the hotel and booking.com service!!! We made the reservation through booking.com and haven't got any confirmation or emails regarding the booking, so we thought the reservation was not successfully made. They end up charging a 'no show' fee. After many attempts to contact booking.com customer service and the hotel, they refused to refund any charges even though it was not even our fault. The hotel should have discussed with booking.com about the charge. We have not received any information about this reservation either by email or phone. Are customers the ones who always have to pay even though it is not our fault???
