Good budget hotel, next to a main artery into either Halifax or Dartmouth. A Thai restaurant is on site.

The staff is very rude and go through your things take picture of it and find any reason to keep your deposit. I called about monthly rentals they told me they did i moved there thinking I'd have a.couple months to find a good place and get everything paid for the move but nope after I moved in and got situated they decided to tell me they weren't doing anymore monthly and I would have to move out or pay seasonal amounts had they told me this in the first place wouldn't have wasted my time just to have to move again. So moral of the story if you want bad service and a dusty motel room because when they re did the rooms didn't clean up the mess from the old carpet just laid the new flooring down. If you don't mind being forced to let a stranger in your room during this time when you're not supposed to be doing that sort of thing and your stiff being gone through and photos being taken of it then by all means stay here if you want better stay anywhere else. The tried to claimed I was smoking in the room when I wasn't even there I was already moved to my new place by then this is just how low this place will go to keep you're money because there a bunch of people staying there that isn't paying and they can't get out. Shame how they treat there paying customers.

Receptionist was very friendly,the room was updated and spotless, super nightly rate,but the damage deposit was a bit of a surprise and a bit pricey, considering it was more than double the room rate.Other than the damage deposit you can't beat the great prices hospitality and cleanliness! would recommend the Stardust Hotel!
