I have stayed at Comfort Inn a few times now when in Dartmouth. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. We stay on the ground floor as it has a sliding glass door that makes accessing you car easy. The hotel is pet friendly for no additional charge. This time I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I have a toddler who was in bare feet in the room and his feet were absolutely black from the floors. I have not experienced this the other times I have stayed at this hotel. The room rate was a bit cheaper as there is no breakfast available due to COVID. Staff were friendly as usual and all were wearing masks. We will stay here again.

I didnt stay. i called to ask about rentals, and the lady who answered was incredibly rude, I wouldnt stay there if my life depending on it based on the reception i got just in the phone call

I have been charged twice because people cant do their job right. Now they won't give it back im fuming 😤

I hadn’t been back to this motel in twenty years so I wasn’t sure what to expect. There have been a lot of recent updates with great choices in colour and materials in the rooms. Some of the work could have been better detailed, but over all it looks great. The breakfast was more than I expected and we left fully satisfied with the start of our day. Check in was awkward because they wanted a credit card and we only use a debit/credit card. Eventually we got it all sorted out.
