Warning this hotel offers quarantine floors for travelers and the old man security guard does nothing to enforce it. I delivered food, unknowingly of course, to the second floor. No one warned me or told me anything about it being a quarantine floor. It seemed odd that there were chairs with food on them in the hallway so when the customer opened the door, WITH NO MASK, I asked him if he was quarantined and he said YES! DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE NOT EXPENDABLE! Don't order food delivered and casually come to the door, right in front of my face, paying cash to boot, which extends the transaction time,and expect that I should be fine with that. Told old man security guard and he's just Oh you're supposed to leave it here. Really? And how would I know that? There's no sign. Thanks Hampton for possibly exposing me to covid. I really appreciate it. I will never stay at one of your hotels again. So if you're traveling within the Atlantic bubble and feel like this is a safe place to stay, you are wrong. Stay elsewhere.
Stayed during COVID precautions. Very impressed with the policies in place. All staff were pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. Although housekeeping were working under strict orders, they were available 24/7 and supplies were accessible.
Room was clean and fully stocked.

FAVOURITE HOTEL!!! Hampton Inn & Suites Dartmouth Crossing is our favourite hotel to stay at in Dartmouth. As a family of five, the two queen studio room is a perfect fit for us - lots of room to spread out, sleep comfortably and all our needs are met with the utmost of cleanliness and hospitality. The free breakfast is a major perk - the selection is incredible, with lots of healthy options and of course, the make-your-own waffles is a huge hit with our kiddos. We love the pool set-up, it's easy to keep our eyes on the slide and pool equally. This hotel always has a great energy, yet it never feels too crowded or noisy. Even though this is our first choice for family getaways - when it's just my husband and I, we still opt to stay here because it's consistently awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, you won't be disappointed!
The hotel is modern and the rooms are clean. We love that breakfast is included. Our children also love the swimming pool and water slide.
Super clean room, close to shopping and restaurants. Nice to have pool with kid safe waterslide (a bit slow, but still fun). Breakfast was apples, muffins and granola bars and choice of drink; was a bit disappointed.
