Ordered online for next day delivery. Great selection, superior service. The manager gave me excellent assistance with a complicated matter involving one of her suppliers. The young gentleman doing the delivery not only found my difficult address but came to the specified door! (Only one other delivery person has made it to the right location, my packages usually end up with the neighbours.) He was personable, polite, pleasant, well dressed. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

EXCEPTIONAL is the only word that captures the experience my fiancé and I had today. We took our dog, Buckley, for a wash. The 2 sale associates (didn’t catch names 😢) were so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The free bandana & treats after the wash was the icing in the cake! We will, without a doubt, be coming here in the future. Thank you to the two lovely ladies who made us leave with smiles on our face!

Genuine, knowledgeable, & efficient friendly customer service! Locally owned and managed pet store. They have a pet wash station, and a free loyalty program which rewards you 1 point for every $1 you spend.

Highly recommend this pet store. Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. The CBD oil has helped my dog in many ways, especially anxiety. Thank you 4 paws pet market!

I popped in while waiting for the Starbucks lineup to die down and had the best experience ever at a pet store. The sales associate (I didnt get her name at the time but the receipt says emily) who helped me was amazing. I was inquiring about cbd oil for my dog and had some concerns about giving it with the medication he is on. She called the owner of the company to make sure it would be okay to use with his medications. She was so helpful and genuinely cared about everything I had to say. I will travel in from vernon to shop at this store -just amazing service. Also had a great selection of treats and toys -it was nice to see something different inside rather than the same old toys at other stores.
