Subway

Ok, so I am staying in the EXACT hotel that this subway is located in, and I find myself in quarantine until my COVID test comes back. So I call them, explain to them my situation and ask them if I give them my Visa number, if they would drop off a few drinks in front of my door. Sorry sir, we do not do deliveries. "I am literally 15 feet away from your restaurant". Sorry sir, we do not do deliveries. Wow! You can't be bothered to walk out your front door with a few drinks, and drop them off 15 feet away? I will not bother going out of my way to shop at your store ever again. To follow this up, I ended up ordering pizza from Elk Valley Pizza. I explained how I needed them to just drop the food off outside my door. They even offered to have their delivery driver make a stop unrelated to my food order to make sure I had everything I needed. That driver will be tipped well. There are 2 types of customer service Subway. And yours is lacking.

Good quick service and a big thumbs up at their washroom is open! Thank you! Boycott, Starbucks, tIm hortons, Mobil gas, McDonald's, etc as their washrooms are not!!

The guy didn't even heat up my chicken before putting it on the bun and was kind of rude.
