They refuse to speak english and try not to help you as an anglo customer 3 stars because store is big and nice. But not a place I would go back too for lack of customer service in english

we bought a hamster there that will meet his demise tomorrow & he is less than 2 months old....my boy is heartbroken, it was to replace his other hamster of 3 years.... :(
