Professional zero saleswoman with no interest in making a sale, mask too big for the lady who drops down her nose. She seemed in a hurry to go and sit in the corner. Especially when we have a desire to think about it. She closed the windows and coldly disappeared. This is the reason for the unfinished sale.

Poor customer service. First, I received a ring as a gift and the seller said it could be made smaller. I went there but it was taking too long (1 month before I got it back) I decided to keep it like this and put it in another finger. Now I’m going back because it’s breaking. This ring has a seal, so obviously it broke there. The lady tells me that this ring does not shrink and that it is normal for it to break it is a ring to wear on occasion. She tells me that she is the boss and that the advisor told me so. That i'm wrong. I am having it repaired but trust me that I will not buy anything from this store and I will never refer anyone either. Really disappointed

Very poor customer service: no attention, arrogance and rudeness on the part of the sellers. Very surprised that the company has not yet closed shop.
