Note here that the saleswomen, I have nothing negative to say about them. They were super nice and courteous. The REPAIRER is the problem !!! We bought my wedding ring set for our wedding. I had to send it to the manufacturer to have it enlarged. Not only did it take much longer than we had been told ... but once the request was made and the ring on the finger, we realize that my ring came back from the manufacturer with 2 MISSING DIAMONDS !!! The 2 rings have been poorly polished and enlarged. This makes you feel the seal or the 2 rings have been enlarged and they are poorly polished: it is brownish / black when it is supposed to be white gold! My wedding ring set returns for a 2nd time from the repairer ... well criss it is STILL missing 1 diamond😡😡😡 So I have to find it for a 3rd time at the repairer !!! This is REALLY big nonsense !!! I have never seen a job as shoddy and rotten as this. We can't believe how we can receive jewelry that is extremely expensive in this condition! It is totally abhorrent and unacceptable !!!

I went 2 times with the most rude customer service. The manager really looks silly and her assistant is not really better and looks desperate. I do not recommend this place.

August 8th I bought a bank for our fiancaille planned August 23rd ... sent on August 10th to have good size. I do not recommend this place at all. I went to buy a chain for my boy of 2 years, I mentioned to the saleswoman (the manager) that I wanted something resistant and that I saw another one in a jeweler further. She sells me the chain by mentioning me that it is resistant, quality / price it is worth it and that I have a guarantee with if I take it ... so I decide to take it, 2 weeks later I am of back since my boy broke it. This same manager is there, she asks me what I want, with a beautiful air, she asks me my information and that's all, no other information. I get a call 2 weeks later that my channel is back. I'm going to get her, on my way home, I thought I could buy a chain for my spouse, which is the party very soon, but immediately arrived, I'm asked $ 13.80 for the repair ... I mention that no j have a guarantee. She checks and says: oh yes ok for this time, but next time you'll have to be loaded ... so I ask why since she sold my chain with a guarantee .. she said it's a manufacturer's warranty nothing more.
