The brother john is extremely agressive, i was hoping he would calm down after apologizing for mistaken him as his brother over the phone amd he still went after me in a rage tone. I hung up the phone and had an angina fit. That phone call was overwhelming. All i wanted to know was how much it cost to fix my medical bracelet and his brother told me 10$. Upon calling back and mistaken him as his brother he didnt know what i was talking about. Obviously bc of the lack of communication... then i called back to confirm ill be passing by wuen his brother was going to be there and he was even meaner to me. I have it on video my friends think its disgusting. Then he told me he talked to his brother and now the price was no longer 10$ and then he added maybe itll be 10$. Anyways this was a mess and i almost landed up going to the hospital due to overwhelming verbal abuse over a tiny mistake.

Amazing place. The owners John and Rick are amazing! I brought my wedding ring in to get resized, polished and cleaned. My ring looks better then when I first said yes to my husband! Amazing customer service and great pricing. Definitely recommend
