Kathy is a well appointed front end customer service rep. She manages her time and people well. The mechanic was quite generous in that it took longer to repair my 02 sensor, however could have charged me more but stuck to close to the quote I was given. All they need is a old dog to keep the customers in the waiting area occupied as it is a remote and rural location. Very positive experience. Thank you, again. 🙋. Laurie

Called to come in for an semi tire to be fixed. (11R22.5) Was told that they can't do it today. It's 9:45 am. The only truck tire shop in North America that wants an appointment for flat repairs. Don't even bother with them. Continue on to Kal.

The best experience with OK Tire Summerland. Laszlo was super amazing. I had a brake issue that wasn't correcting itself. He tested all the basics. Nope, wasn't any of those. I was so worried my car would be undrivable and unsafe for my family. He took his time to investigate. Spoke with his colleagues, and through diagnosis, he found the solution. Laszlo was thorough, ensured that I would be safe on the road. He was absolutely an amazing technician to deal with and I am so thankful he got me road safe. AND.... the tires he suggested for our Okanogan winter are amazing. Gislaved Nord Frost200 - with studs. Last night's drive home in the heave snow fall was less stressful. I didn't slide, stopped on a dime at the traffic stops and didn't spin out when accelerating. All in all, I am so happy with my service with OK Tire and will continue to support our local business.
