I called to try to find some information about a used topper offered to me online, Brad from sales (I think that was his name) was extremely helpful searching information about the fitting on my truck and assisting me about what parts and the real cost of the project would be, excellent costumer service indeed.

Bought apex model.Poor customer service, tried to contact company twice about new hinges and never heard a word from them. Canopy constantly needs adjusted to keep both latches hooked up. Poor craftsmanship is obvious in this canopy. wish I had bought made in USA canopy.

Don't stand behind their products. Company said they've been seeing a lot of failed hinges lately but won't even provide a replacement part for me to install myself. Buy someone reliable like SnugTop. They make great products and provide a warranty against defects.

Came here to get replacement handles for my canopy and they, Brad.....very nice guy, pulled the canopy off the truck and cleaned the bed and canopy areas and replaced the rubber seal. This is the place to go to for canopy needs.
