Probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of trying to deal with. Six weeks ago I spoke with Brian in sales and was quoted a price on a canopy. Seemed fair, was told the canopy would be ready no later than Sept 24. As the date approached I called several times and got a very frustrating run around from ever body including a guy who identified himself as the owner of the company. The owner, I believe his name was Henry told me he would look into my concerns and would get back to me right away. Never called back and I had to chase down Brian who fumble his way through another excuse why the canopy wasn't ready. I asked to cancel the order and he said he would and that my credit card would be reimbursed the deposit. I asked how long that would take and he said a couple of days. I asked if he would call and advise when that was done and he said I could call them. If you are reading this review make sure you read all the reviews posted on the web page and you will see many similar reviews which outline the terrible customer service of Arrow Truck Canopies. I have never seen such a lack of service or a complete disregard for customers. There are many canopy brands out there and I would suggest that you try and deal with one of them as opposed to Arrow, they simply don't deserve your business. I gave 1 star only because I couldn't post with "NO STARS"

When looking for a truck cap I wanted to buy from a local manufacturer. Arrow used to make a Matrix Canopy but stopped some time ago. I decided to odder through them anyways to support a small business. I discussed with salesperson and ordered a Sung Top posted on their website. They brought in a Ranch instead and never told me. poor communication through the process. whenever I asked a question via email it took days to get an answer. The canopy came with a roof rack track system no matter how many times I questioned the specific track type they could not get me an answer. They did not even PDI the cap from the manufacturer. Front slider would not tilt open, weather strip peeling off side windows, glue on carpet liner, door weather strip separating, was filthy inside. Day of install was a nightmare. Only 1 person to install and took over 2 1/2 hours. Still was not correct. Could not get the cap lined up on truck box, could not get door to latch, shimming with washers, stripped out machine screw. I left and took it home frustrated. Sent pictures and complaint to Ranch the manufacturer and they would not have a customer service representative call me to discuss my questions on their product. When I 1st contacted arrow with pictures all they did was email me the Ranch warranty document telling me to read it. I finally reached Ranch help line and sent them my complaint and all they did was contact dealer (would not have a customer service agent call me). Arrow called me and left a message asking me once again to read the warranty information before I call them back to discuss repairs. Then Arrow wanted me to bring it to them and I live 6 hours away. No offer of compensating me for my time or travel expense. Everything I did was in writing to Ranch and Arrow. Neither would respond in writing. I proceeded to take the canopy to another company for their help aligning the cap on the truck and I did all the necessary repairs as noted above. I did my own research and found the there was adjustments on the door latch mechanism – Arrow did not even know this. Arrow if - you actually think I would return this Cap to you for re-installation, repair or service you are sadly mistaken. The worst customer service ever experienced. Had to give 1 star in order to post review otherwise I would have not given any .

Canopy looks good... customer service was tragic. Had to call twice a week to actually get the ball rolling. Seems like I was left on the back burner the whole time. Spend the extra money, go with Leer.

Bought a cap for my Tacoma and it has issues. Leaking at every window, back door was put on crooked, and now has little air pocket holes that go into the fiberglass. I opted for the extras: painted to match vehicle, carpeted inside, and extra fiberglass blown down corners so eventually I could put load bars on and a rooftop tent (never did put bars or tent on) Been running it on the truck now for few years now and I thought I could live with it doing improvements. Looking for something else now! Called a couple times to see if anything can be done and they said take it to the place of purchase. Bought at the Canopy Store in Langley and the service there isn't any better. Was told "well it's a truck what do you expect" A buddy of mine owns a different brand and it doesn't leak. Even after couple years. He now has decided to carpeted the bed it's been so dry. To bad I thought going Canadian was the right choice.
