I have a hard time finding what I need and very hard to find staff to help.

I required precise help with printing and scanning needs, when printing out specific important documents. I was very fortunate to have the exceptional help of both Joan and Josh. I watched as they multi- tasked in order to assist several people, including myself. The two staff were patient and diligent in making sure all my requests, as well as other customers, were looked after. I was given a peace of mind.

Consistently understaffed. Shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes to ask a question about a printer. This happens every time I come, I will make my purchases elsewhere. I would suggest doing the same and saving yourself the time and energy.

I initially wanted to buy a Samsung tablet today. Because I found there is a discount for this tablet, and the advertising shows the discount price just for in-store and shows I can pick up in Langford store. When I get there ready to pay the cashier told me they don’t have any discount. It’s weird, the marketing department needs to check the information input problem and the platforms they cooperate. Please don’t mislead consumers and waste our time. When I ask for some product details, the service didn't know about it, the lady at the cashier was very unfriendly. Because of the service attitude I had to choose other shops to buy this tablet.

Joan in the copy and print center was so amazing. She helped me get exactly what I needed done for a project I'm working on, and made sure it was ready exactly as I ordered and exactly when I needed it. She was helpful, kind, funny, and went so far above and beyond to help me out. Way to come through for me!
