We purchased our Cirrus 720 Truck Camper last Fall from Groupe Alliance. The staff were amazing & said if we have any problems, give them a call! We had a few issues with the camper this season & Mr. Benoit, the Service Director, said bring it to us & we will fix everything!! We just picked up the Camper today & every single thing was fixed...all under warranty...no problems at all! Mr. Benoit is the best Service Director we have ever met! If you are in the market for a trailer or truck camper, DO NOT waste your time driving around to other dealers - go straight to Groupe Alliance for the BEST sales & service. We live 3 hours away & are so very glad we purchased our Truck Camper from Groupe Alliance!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to install a hitch on my car ! From when I called in to inquire about how much it was going to cost me and which hitch I should install to when I left with my car all done, amazing customer service !!! It wouldn't be right if I didn't mention names... so here goes : Christian - who made my rdv and took the time to answer my multitude of questions ! Robert - who did an amazing job of installing my hitch and wiring ! (The Robert of now closed Attaches Bourdeau) Should also point out, didn't bother him the slightest that I was there next to him while he was doing the job ! :) Guys in the garage - Friendly group of guys who seem to have fun working together ! Carole & Claude - who answered my questions concerning all those amazing lightweight TAG campers and utility trailers they had on show ! All in all a great experience ! Don't hesitate to have whatever hitch related work done here !!!
