UPDATE: Their customer service replied to me and worked something out with me so that I received a new product in the correct color. I had to push them for it but eventually they did right by me as a customer, so I’m updating this review. 12/14/2020 I really wanted to like this product. When I received it, it was the wrong color. I decided to let it go, as returning things is usually a huge hassle. However, after a few wears, it started to fall apart. I contacted customer support to ask about an exchange, and after 3 days they told me that since I had the product for more than a week, they could not return it. Despite their contradictory return/exchange policy on their page stating 30 days since the package is received, and despite it being less than 30 days since I had the product, AND despite the fact they sent me a defective product, I was denied an exchange and offered 25% off my next purchase instead... as if I’d want to waste more money on products that fall apart. I replied to their email and have not received any response. I also called their customer service phone # twice during business hours with no response. This could be a great product, but the customer service is holding this company back from great success. Sadly, I will not be a returning customer.

Placed an order over black friday/ cyber monday during their 40% off sale. The website glitched and did not register my order, and they refuse to honour their pricing due to their own mistake. Would love to love it, but disappointing business practices.

My customer service experience with this company was horrible. No one responds to emails or phone messages concerning my order. I will not order from Silver Paw again. and I will make sure I post this on all of my social media platforms.... The only reason I selected 1 star is because thats the only way I could post my review...

Bought a Silver paw coat for my pinscher and only after a few weeks, the velcro part completely ripped. I contacted them trough Facebook to tell them about this problem and altho they red my message, they refused to answer even after 15 days as you can see. I didn't expect them to give me a new one or anything, just to acknowledge that there was a quality problem and they will try to improve their coats. It's hard to recommend this brand when your customer service is ignoring you and their product fall apart so fast.

Great variety of products and excellent customer service!
