Centre d'Animaux Nature (Pointe-Claire)

Centre d'Animaux Nature is a relatively big store with plenty of marchandises related to animals and animal care. There used to be lots of animals including dogs, cats, rabits, guinea pigs, rodents, reptiles, wide variety of birds including parrots, and a huge selection of fish. Nonetheless, due to the actual curfew, it seems that the store administers got rid of lot of animals. No more dogs and cats. No more reptiles and bunnies. I wish this is temporary. Otherwise, the store is well organized and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can spend a whole hour in the store watching and playing with animals and still feel welcomed by the staff. Kids will love to visit. On the outside, parking is available in front and back of the store. The store is accessible to wheelchair. If you found this review helpful please don't forget to like. I bought UV Bulb and it was broken in 2 month. I got three different answers. There are 3 month warranty cashier told me when I bought. So I was thinking it is still under warranty. when I tried to exchange one (by the way, there is no return policy in nature pet), Another staff told me I have keep package for exchanging. So I would like to talk to the manager. She told me no warranty for it very rudely. not go this store any more.

It is a decent pet store. But BEWARE; YOU’RE in for a scare BECAUSE they do not refund returns even if it has only been 48 hours. They will give you a sort of a gift card and tell you to look around and get items that will amount to the item you returned. I will never understand why. One star is too generous. But google doesnt allow zero stars.

Adopted 2 and rescued 1 rat from this establishment. Employees treat my girlfriend and I like family. Rodent section faculty are incredibly friendly and other departments we've interacted with have also been very pleasant. Tracy and Robbie in the rodent section have been absolutely helpful in maintaining the health and happiness of our pets, we frequent this establishment almost on a daily basis. Love them.
