I never wrote a bad review anywhere.. Staff were friendly, know a lot about animals and know what their talking about, place seemed nice. But I wanted to return a fish tank that cost me $119.99. I personally did not like the fish tank and came back the next day to return it and was refused since I poured some water in it. Wanted to return the products(food and fish) and again only was allowed to exchange. Wasn't given the receipt and wasn't warned that I couldn't return anything. Just lost myself $172.44 in 1 hour. Sorry nice staff, I was also being polite about the situation. But I do not recommend this place.

Very kind staff. Helpful and good customer service. You can buy crickets at this store which is amazing as it is the only pet store in the area that sells them.
