I spent more than one month and half in Southside Lodge with my boyfriend, during the pandemic. We really liked this place : our room was spacious, clean and with everything we needed. We had our own bedroom, toilets and shower. The kitchen is to share and it’s full equipped :perfect if you like to cook like me ! The owner and the manager are very nice and we felt welcome there ! Thank you Julie and Maxwell !

Great location with a fantastic diner underneath. I stayed for a good month back in the day and highly recommend it. You’re right across the road from the Creekside Gondola, and can still walk to Whistler if you’re motivated. A more chilled out vibe and less hustle and bustle.

Stayed in the lodge November 2018 and now also here for November 2019. New renovations since I was last here makes the place feel more modern, the staff (Max & Julie) are extremely friendly and helpful, great location and reasonably priced, overall a great place to spend your time in Whistler!

The hostel is in a great location in Creekside, easy walk to Gondola, and close to shops, bars etc. Hosts (Julie & Max) have been super friendly and helpful during my 3 week stay. Easy to access Whistler Village by bus (currtently $2.50) or a 20min pedal up the “sea to sky” path.
