There was that one fish who was blind and ammonia burned to almost death getting killed by the others. I offered to get him and save him (buying it) it was 30$ for a cichlid ( I get really high quality ones for 5-15$) they said they couldnt discount it. He died the day after. They just don’t care...

Great fish selection, great service. Watch out for ick. But that's out of their control.
