Prado Verde Manufactured Home Community

I’ve live at Prado Verde since Dec. 2019. The residents here are very welcoming and nice. The park is clean and the previous property manager was very good. (He retired). There are a couple things that need improvement or could be added. A play are for the young children in the park, a fenced dog park inside the park would be nice too. It would be nice to be able to have two dogs instead of one as well. I’ve never met the owner, only communicated through email and one phone conversation so I have no real opinion about her.

I figured it waa time for an update. Comparable to most other MHP's in the area. The value of for the size of lot is decent. The park has gone though changes over the past couple years, especially most recently. But only the future will tell...
