Service was polite and up-front. I felt like I could trust them and their shop rate is better than most. On top of this, the required service was done ahead of schedule. Communication before, during and after were very good. I won't hesitate to go there again for any repairs!

I would like to spend some time to write up a good review on the quality of service as experienced at Gurton's. First of all, I find Ben as sincere and honest in quoting the costs and explaining the work for replacing the front shocks. The job was well done! As the Team found out there was another related issue, Ben shared with me about the observation and made suggestions when the issue should be fixed. There was no pressure on me to get it fixed. As I have built up the trust with Ben and the Team, I brought the vehicle back to replace the control arms as suggested. This was also well done too. Then we took the vehicle to go from BC to Alberta. We could certainly feel the stable driving especially on the Coquihalla Highway section which is really steep. Thanks Ben and the Team for the excellent job done! Derek

DONT GET DUPED They performed no service and wanted to keep my vehicle, like to scrap it. They changed what they said was wrong with it 3 times and in the end I picked it up, drove it to a mechanic friends and it was repaired in under 2 hours for 80.00.

Great professional and friendly service at a reasonable price. I just got my daughter's car fixed at Gurton's and they were amazing. I highly recommend this place and we will be going to them regularly in the future. Thank you!

Saved money on a winter tire swap on my 2013 Civic. Great service starting as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Went for a walk and got a call from Mike not long after. I would look forward to a return to Gurton’s Garage for a next service.
