My first time with this place, and I am very happy. Was in one morning and ready the next, the cost was under the estimate, and I would definitely go back for work there. Much more organized, prompt, and easy to work with than the unnamed place I used to go to. Thanks guys!!
I take my personal and business vehicles here for maintenance and repairs on a regular basis and always get top-notch service at a fair price. They keep me well-informed of any needed parts costs ahead of time and there’s never any surprises on the bill. Highly recommended.
Owner is very friendly easy to get along with but the mechanics especially one was very miserable , lots of attitude , everything seemed to be a problem to him . Made me feel very uncomfortable
Our business and my family has used Prospect for over 20 years. Mike keeps approx 10 vehicles running for us. We have never had any concerns about unnecessary work, poor-quality work or overcharging. They make a real effort to squeeze vehicles in when it's a rush. As a general contractor, we hire a lot of trades professionals. It's a short list of companies that consistently meet our expectations and make our ongoing efforts easier. Prospect Auto has spent a long time on that list.
Staff very pleasant and down to earth. Gave some honest opinions on future work but not in a pushy way. Would go back for future service. Work done in a timely manner with short notice.
