Timberland Motel & Restaurant

Great place for lunch if you are out for a drive, especially this time of year to see the fall colors. Off the beaten path but that is part of the charm. Good food, good prices, great service. What more could you ask for?

This place takes the cake for the worst place I have ever stayed in for leisure and business. I stayed here on a week to week basis for work. The towels were NOT changed daily. The bed sheets were NOT changed weekly. You better hope you have a good data plan too because the WIFI is little to nothing. Also while outside my room one evening I smoked my usual daily joint. About halfway through it the owner came over to me and asked " If I would put it out, due to guests eating outside his restaurant, and to go smoke over by the trees". Out of respect I did that night. But after looking around I noticed no "No Smoking" signs. A week later when I got off of work and back to motel around 6:30pm I noticed nobody outside. I went out of my room and sat down on the bench facetiming my wife while smoking a joint. As soon as I finished it he arrives as the motel and starts verbally threatening me that physical assault would be his next move. All I could do was "nod" in anger. You are better off going to stay at the pine cone across the street which is cheaper!

Amazing! Best fish and chips I've ever had in my entire life! If you're about the batter like I am - incredible! Light and crunch and not greasy. Huge portions and good prices. Worth every penny!

Had my parents 50th Anniversary in the piano room. I really can’t say enough about the amazing service that we received!! Such a cozy quaint space to have an event like this. The buffet was on and it was so good,, always full and hot. They really just couldn’t do enough for us. I highly recommend anyone to this hotel restaurant!! Just a perfect evening celebrating!! Thank you!!
