To explain my rating: Cleanliness was 5* in lobby, and in room. Staff interactions were friendly professional and warm. Room ( king bed) was good +. Breakfast ( changed since pandemic) was poor quality and selection. Biggest issue was a safety issue on the corner of the bed with a sharp exposed corner in a common walkway. I ran my leg off it three times before putting a towel over it. I ended up with a 6" slash on my leg as well. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done this, you can't possibly miss it if you are around it, and I'm very disappointed this has not been addressed.

I had heard this hotel was great but I was underwhelmed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good which are most important but I found the room dated (carpet frayed etc), TV was really small and worst of all the fridge froze all of our lunch items for the next day! There was no way to adjust the temp and we didn't notice until we woke up and everything was inedible. Breakfast was "OK" due to Covid but even with those restrictions, I thought there was a lot of room for improvement. Will likely stay at the new Quality Inn by the Casino next time!

I think for the price it was decent but I found the rooms not very well insulated for sound and it got quite noisy when our neighbours moved in. It didn't help that the ground floor rooms don't have carpeting so everything echoes. Also the TV in our room was so old that the picture image was dark and a little blurry. The price was good so you can overlook some things but to be honest I will probably not book there again.

Every time we stop in Edmunston, we stay at this hotel. Prices are reasonable and the hotel is nice. I'm sad to see the buffet is gone but completely understand. The new breakfast menu could use a little work though.

The staff are always courteous, helpful, polite and cheery! The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is perfect being right beside the Trans Canada Highway. We will stay again on our future travels.
