Four Points by Sheraton Edmundston Hotel & Conference Center

Nice hotel. We stopped during a snow storm last night and stayed. Comfortable and clean. There was live music in the restaurant but we found other places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. We did have our breakfast here- and it was quite good. The brunch platter is huge and would definitely keep you going until dinner. My only complaint is the lack of fan option in the washrooms.

The restaurant staff were very nice. The food was good value but limited in selection to what you would expect from a pub/tavern. Would recommend the salad selection. Don't remember the name of the salad we had, but it was good. Our room looked old and tired and not good value for the price. The furniture should have been replaced or re-finished. It was quiet.

- The staff is great, very polite and always willing to help. The manager stands out from the crowd, as every time I've seen him he initiated the conversation and inquired if I was enjoying my stay and I needed anything. I'm not surprised this gentleman is the manager of the hotel, he's an excellent ambassador for the brand. - Conveniently located downtown Edmundston. This hotel is walking distance from Carrefour de l'Assomption - A nice, big and clean room despite COVID-19. There was a couple of bottles of water waiting for me upon arrival and they even provided 2 more a few days later, which was appreciated. I had originally booked a junior suite for a one night stay however the suite didn't have the type of desk I needed to get my work done. They were able to accommodate me and put me in a different room which had a desk that met my needs. - Great restaurant downstairs, prices are a little higher than I'd like however that's to be expected at a hotel, so I don't see this as a negative. There's also a lovely lady by the name of Linda who works at the restaurant. After serving me my meal, she came back at least twice to ask if everything was ok (once a minute or two after serving and another time before the end of my meal). That's how it should be done in restaurants.

Love it, service was great, food is awesome

Stayed twice - both in our way to Halifax from Ottawa and then on our way back. There was an issue the first night, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it right. Would definitely stay again.
