Best Western Plus Grand-Sault Hotel & Suites

Our stay at this location of Best Western Plus was the best we have had in quite some time. It deserves the 5 star rating. It is immaculate in all areas of the hotel. The staff are A-1! They are attentive, happy, well-groomed and cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as it should be from the front desk to the dining host to housekeeping, they all deserve high praises. From the time we checked in until we checked out, our stay was perfect! And we had just driven half way across Canada and back for 6 long days and this was the breath of fresh air we weary travelers needed. For 5 nights we stayed in what were supposed to be 4 to 4.7 star rating hotels and none even came close to this one and some we left before we even walked to the end of the room. We have travelled for many many years and we have only seen 2 other hotels that can compare to this one! Kudos!

Quite a few issues with my room, staff were kind and fairly quick to help resolve most problems... but they were problems that should not have happened were the rooms properly checked.

Awesome staff and great rooms which are always clean. Things I really like: - there’s a recycle bin in the room - right across the street from the hotel is a gas station - easy access to highway which is just a few feet away - free breakfast. If the desk in the rooms would be wider I’d give this review 5 stars. As it stands the desk found in the rooms isn’t wide enough for my needs. A laptop and a mouse and a tablet on the desk and there isn’t enough space left for a binder.

Great property. New and clean.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Stayed here 1 night during a road trip. Right next to highway; easily accessible.
