AVOID ANY APPRAISALS AT THIS LOCATION! Their estimates are doubtfull: 12.8 h to fix a rear bumper that was slightly damaged by screws of a front car license plate and a price before taxes of $ 1309.74. Sent picture to another autobody shop in Ottawa and they gave me an appraisal that was more than half the price of the one from Carstar Kemptville: 6.5h and $ 515.00 before taxes. JUST AVOID!
